Summary
This Women’s Leadership Workshop is designed for alumni of previous women’s programs. It offers a unique opportunity to strengthen leadership skills, build connections, and expand knowledge in communication and viticulture.
Participants will engage in interactive sessions focused on confident communication and goal setting while also gaining practical insights for Red Blotch identification and management.
More than just a learning experience, this workshop will provide a supportive space for women working in the vineyard to connect, share experiences, and grow together. Whether looking to step into leadership roles, refine technical skills, or network with peers, this workshop will offer valuable tools and inspiration.
